Welcome to Sanatan AI. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sanatan AI mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing or using Sanatan AI, you agree to these Terms.
Sanatan AI provides access to spiritual, devotional, educational, astrology, Tarot and AI-powered content. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app; Use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; Copy, redistribute or commercially exploit app content without appropriate authorization; Use AI features to submit unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
Content related to Stotras, Mantras, Slokas, 16 Sanskar, spiritual books and other religious or cultural topics is provided for general informational, educational and devotional purposes. Interpretations and practices may vary according to traditions, regions, schools of thought and individual beliefs. Users should use their own judgment when relying on information provided in the app.
Rashifal, astrology, Tarot and similar content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. The information provided should not be treated as a guarantee, prediction or certainty regarding future events. Do not use astrology, Tarot or AI-generated content as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other expert advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through the app.
Sanatan AI may provide AI-generated responses. AI-generated content: May contain inaccuracies or errors; May not always reflect current information; Should not be considered professional advice; Should be independently reviewed before being relied upon. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability and accuracy of AI-generated responses.
Sanatan AI may offer optional premium features through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The available subscription plans, duration, pricing and included benefits will be displayed before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. For auto-renewable subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription management process. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Where applicable, renewal charges may occur within the period specified by Apple's subscription terms. Prices may vary by country or region and may change in accordance with applicable App Store policies.
Eligible users may restore previously purchased content or subscriptions using the Restore Purchases feature or applicable Apple account functionality.
The Sanatan AI app, including its software, design, branding and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Religious, historical or traditional materials may belong to the public domain, be subject to separate rights or originate from third-party sources. Users must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use protected content without appropriate permission.
The app may use third-party services to provide features such as AI processing, analytics, authentication, cloud services or payments. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Sanatan AI at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature or item of content will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanatan AI and its owners, developers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
We may suspend or restrict access to the app if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful or unlawful manner.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of Sanatan AI after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
